He is survived by : his wife Lori; his siblings, Gaye-Dawn (Bill) and Danny (Mary); his siblings-in-law, Cheryl (Joe), Tom (Kimberly) and Rob; his children, Rob (Allison), Crystal (Jamie), Shawna (Craig) and Jay Jr.; and his grandchildren, River, Reid, Everett, Dakota, Aria, Ava and Aleigha.
