He was predeceased by : his parents, Francis Langan and Annette Langan; his parents-in-law, Gordon and Jeanette Doan; and his brother-in-law Joe Doan (Bev).

He is survived by : his wife Dorothy; his children, Johnny Langan and Tammy Sagaert; his siblings, Mary Ellen Deuville (Gary), Patrick (Dianne), Mike Langan and Anne Marie Smithson (Mike); and his siblings-in-law, Mary Jane Dawson, Shirley Ouellette (late Richard), Gloria Doan, Doreen Allison and Jackie Campeau (Gord).
