He was predeceased by: his siblings, Teddy, Brian, Francis, Eddy and Billy.
He is survived by: his children, Dana O'Toole and Jason O'Toole; and his sisters, Maureen Holden (George) and Julie Konyi. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
