He was predeceased by: his parents, Edouard Ouellette and Alice Ouellette; and his siblings, Leo Ouellette and Doris. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann; his children, Deborah Burley (Richard), Michael Ouellette (Janet), Sandra Crow (Robert) and Penny Ouellette; his grandchildren, Jeremy Davis (Lynn), Kyle Davis (Tonia), Stephanie Qassisiya (Mahfouz), Krista Shepley (Bryan Turton), Michael Ouellette (Nicole), Nicole Kirby (Ethan), Chelsea Molson (Greg) and Marissa Drew (Damien); his great grandchildren, Connor, Tyler Davis, Avery, Bryson, Summer Davis, Grace Qassisiya, Mason and Aubrey Kirby; and his brothers, Bernard Ouellette, Donald Ouellette (Ann) and Edward Ouellette (Claire). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Kennedy Funeral Home (128 Talbot St N, Essex, ON N8M2C4). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 at 12:45 PM at the Country Meadows Cemetery (13055 Pinkerton Rd, Essex, ON N8M2X6).
