Marguerite Rose Meloche-Laporte Cox Obituary
We are sad to announce that on April 29, 2025, Marguerite Rose Meloche-Laporte Cox (Essex, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husbands, Everett David Laporte and Thomas Eric Cox; her daughters, Annette Burling (Donny) and Janet Laporte; and her siblings, Paul Meloche (late Marge), Rene Meloche, Norm Meloche (Rita), Eugene Meloche (Tina), Helen LaFromboise (late Paul), Fred "Buck" Meloche (Pat), Tootsie Deleesnyder (Gus), Judy Bohnanshu (late Joe) and Lenard Meloche (late Mary).
She is survived by: her children, Deborah Tofflemire (Ron), Ronald Laporte, Jerome Laporte (Vickie) and Kenneth Laporte (Madonna); her stepchildren, Michael Cox (Colleen) and Arlene Welzel (Johnny); and her sister Sue Deschamps (Leo). She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 6 step-grandchildren and many great-great grandchildren, her nieces, nephews.
