He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Cacilhas and Rosalina Cacilhas; and his brothers, Jose (Lurdes Cacilhas) and Carlos Cacilhas. He is survived by: his spouse Zelia Cacilhas; his children, Norberto, Filomena Cacilhas, Paula Cacilhas, Ana, Ricardo Walker and Sandra Cacilhas; his great grandchildren, Emilia, Justina, Xavier, Alaia, Salem, Elodie and Ellena; and his siblings, Joao Louis (Conceicao Cacilhas), Paul (Auguda Cacilhas), Anna (Nick Medeiros), Tony (Mary Cacilhas), Maria (Adriano Medeiros) and Margaret (Jim Saunders). He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 18th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Gerald A. Smith Funeral Home (197 King St W, Harrow, ON N0R1G0). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 19th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, October 19th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Colchester Memorial Cemetery (415 Erie Rd S, Harrow, ON N0R1G0).
