She was predeceased by: her husband Gerry; her sisters, Margaret Eshuis (late Henry) and Tina Wassenaar (Siek); and her siblings-in-law, Tiny Koolwyk (late John), Bill Schinkel (late Corrie), Joe Schinkel and Willie Hiemstra (Ollie).
She is survived by: her children, Jacqueline Banwell (Richard), Terry Schinkel (Tracey) and Greg Schinkel (Andrea); her grandchildren, Ryan Van Huizen (Lynetta), Lauren De Haan (Brian), Alexandra Higgins (Matt), Hayley Van Huizen, Gabriella (Raul Garcia), Garret, Sterling, Christian Schinkel, Lydia, Charlie, Harvey, Heidi, Jack, David and Fiona; her siblings, Emmy Wassenaar (late Andy) and Lawrence Moraal (late Linda); and her siblings-in-law, Johanna Vaandering (John), Corrie Lammers (John), Herman Schinkel, Ben Schinkel (Winnie) and Liz Schinkel (Lieve). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
