He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Sheila Graham and Jack Potter; his significant other Gail; his children, Lisa Hutchings (Scott), Tammy Hicks and Hugo Hicks (Colin); and his grandchildren, Rachele-Mae, Mackenzie, Samantha, Tabitha, Ashley, Erik, Jay, Tyler and Heleyna. He was also cherished by his six great-grandchildren; and remembered by his Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins.

The family would appreciate donations to the Georgian Bay General Hospitals Palliative Care Unit in place of flowers.
