She was predeceased by: her husband Gianni; her son Joe; and her parents, Salvatore and Divina. She is survived by: her siblings, Francesca, Pietro and Francesco Saverio; her daughter Marisa (Salvatore); her daughter-in-law Rosa; her siblings, Joe, Isidoro and Emilia; her grandchildren, Anthony, Daniella and Gianpaolo; and her great grandchildren, Aurelio, Jericho, Karis and Primrose.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Ward Funeral Home - Weston Chapel (2035 Weston Rd, Toronto, ON M9N1X7). A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the All Saints Roman Catholic Church (1415 Royal York Rd, Etobicoke, ON M9P3A7). An entombment will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the Glendale Memorial Gardens (1810 Albion Rd, Etobicoke, ON M9W5T1). Following the tragic loss of her son Joe to COVID-19 in 2021, Amelia's health deteriorated rapidly, leading to the loss of her speech and mobility.
