She is survived by: her children, John A. Salter of Toronto and Kim Salter of Sydney, Australia.; her grandchildren, Colton and Darby; her cousins, Willy and Tiny van of Weyden; and her nephew Walter Jr. of Haan. She is also survived by family in Holland and her nieces and nephews.
