It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Douglas Cook (Etobicoke, Ontario), who passed away on March 15, 2020, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Douglas Cook to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his wife Donna; and his sister Darlene (Paul) of Hawaii. He is survived by: his daughter Nicole; his parents, Harold Cook and Doris Cook of Etobicoke; his siblings-in-law, Diane and Wayne Reid of Baysville; and his nephews, Andrew (Donnabel) and Sean (Miriam).

Donations in Doug's honour can be made to Matthew's House Hospice in Alliston or Teen Ranch in Caledon.
