It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Douglas Gordon Reneau of Etobicoke, Ontario, who passed away on May 3, 2026, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

In the sacred silence of farewell, Douglas is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. And as his memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Douglas' spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his brothers, Jeffrey and Michael; his pet Luke; his son Derek; his parents, Doug and June; and his grandsons, Luke and Max (Ally).

Visitation was held on Friday, May 8th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Yorke Chapel (2357 Bloor St W, Toronto, ON M6S1P4). A funeral service was held on Friday, May 8th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
