He was predeceased by: his parents, Duncan Rory MacDonald and Myrtle MacDonald; his siblings, Alexander, Mae (Bernie Lynch) and Wayne MacDonald (Lynn); his siblings-in-law, Alec MacMaster (Marg), Angus MacMaster, Bernie MacMaster, George MacMaster, Leonard MacGillivary (Betty) and Sharon Wilson; and his daughter-in-law Kim MacDonald.
He is survived by: his wife Marie MacDonald; his children, Paul MacDonald (late Kim), Michelle MacDonald, Mary Gail MacDonald and Kyle MacDonald; his grandchildren, Stephanie Taylor, Tamara MacDonald, Evan MacDonald and Nicholas Meilleur-MacDonald; his brother Bill MacDonald (Silvia); and his siblings-in-law, Lynn MacDonald (late Wayne), Albert MacMaster (Theresa), Gerard MacMaster (Anne), Donald MacMaster, Earl MacMaster, Betty MacGillivary (late Leonard), Julie Davis and Marg Musson (late Alec). He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, and grand-nieces and nephews.
