He was predeceased by : his wife Mary; his siblings, George (Matt), John (Joy), Charlie (Sis), Betty Mercer (Bus) and Ella O'Marra (Al); and his parents, George White and Ada White.

He is survived by : his children, Don (Sue), Laura (NJ Bridge), Peter and Brian (Christine); his grandchildren, Kyle White and Laine Whitebridge; his granddaughter-in-law Robin; and also, Elliott, Norah, Ewan, Abram, Michael (Kristen), Grant, Reagan, Matt (Sarah), Jack, Owen, Ward, Quinn, John, Stephanie, Joel Whitebridge, Liam, Erin and Charlie Ross (Fran McIntyre). He is also survived by his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
