He was predeceased by: his wife Olive Pauline; his siblings, Len, Kitty and Dorothy; and his nephew Mark.

He is survived by: his children, Stephanie (David Sebben) and Joanne (Kevin Doiron); his sisters-in-law, Carole Stephens (Derek) and Marcia Bangma (Art); and his nieces and nephews, Doug (Barbara), Jamie, David (Jordana), Sarah (Ben), Marcia (John), Roger (Tessa) and Kay. He is also survived by nephews and nieces.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Dorothy Ley Hospice or the Rotary Club of Toronto Phil Fund, would be appreciated.
