He was predeceased by: his spouse Denise. He is survived by: his sons, Jeff Smith (Tina Patzelt) and Randy Smith (Judi); his grandchildren, Rayanne, Addison, Brian and Ricky; and his sister Gayle (John Hislop). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
