He was predeceased by: his siblings, Sofia and Andreas. He is survived by: his wife Wisita Halim; his children, Michael Daniel (Tia), Nita Liu (Mike) and Sandy (Paul Pew); his grandchildren, Christine Daniel, Elisabeth Liu, Ezra Liu, Zachary, Jackson and Abigail Pew; and his sister Johanna.
