It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John James Rennie (Etobicoke, Ontario), born in Toronto, Ontario, who passed away on September 2, 2020, at the age of 53, leaving to mourn family, son Benjamin James Rennie age 15 of Newmarket, Ontario, his father & wife; Isabel & William Rennie, (deceased mother Carol Rennie) and friends Andrea Rennie (mother of Benjamin) and John Brassard. John had a quick mind and a creative sense of humor, he was kind to so many and loved animals. He was a fisherman at heart, loved cottage life, and wood fires. A Viking type celebration was held in October 2020 to celebrate John's life, with a bonfire and launching of fireworks to celebrate his life. Due to the lockdown and restrictions of Covid 19, this was a small private event. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of John James Rennie to pay them a last tribute.
