He is survived by: his wife Sandra Sanae Takada; his children, Tatsu Takada (Yuri Yoshida) and Ley Takada; and his siblings, Munehiko Takada of Japan, Nobuyasu Takada of Japan and Kiyoko Shimojo of Japan. He is also survived by his extended family and his many friends.
