He was predeceased by: his mother Lorie Delmore (Stephen); and his grandparents, Anne Lammens and Arthur Campbell. He is survived by: his father Scott Lammens (Madelaine Ellis); his significant other Sheree McClelland; his sister Crystal McDougall (Derek) of St. Thomas; his stepbrother Tim Jacobs; his sibling's children, Noah and Killian McDougall; and his grandparents, David Lammens (Norma) and Rose Campbell. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, friends and extended family.
