She is survived by: her sons, Martin Van Dam (Pat Zehr) of Waterloo, William Van Dam of Inverhuron and Harry Van Dam (Jane) of Kincardine; her grandchildren, James Van Dam (Lisa) of Victoria, BC, David Van Dam (Jodi) of Guelph, Steven Van Dam (Christine), Kimberly Plante (Dan) of Saskatchewan, Jill Fraser (Ryan) of Kincardine and Heather Van Dam of Kincardine; and her great grandchildren, Jacob, Sarah, Noah, Luke, Jack, Charlie, Max, Sara, Pauline, Bryan, Keianna, Josina, Genevieve, Adriel, Briley, Myles and Mya.
