He was predeceased by : his parents, Doug Mylrea and Arlene Mylrea. He is survived by : his daughter Ashley Mylrea (Kemarley Brown); his grandson Leonidas Brown; his siblings, Ricky Mylrea, Jeff Mylrea (Lisa) and Valerie (Joe Grdisa); and also Christine Samuels. He is also survived by his nieces, nephew, extended family and friends.

As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations to the Canadian Mental Health Association would be appreciated by the family.
