He was predeceased by: his brothers, Domenico, Salvatore and Serafino. He is survived by: his wife Maria; his children, Josie Simone (Carmelo Zambri) and Donato Simone (Maribel Chung); and his grandsons, Marc, Matthew, Joshua and Michael.
