We are sad to announce that on February 15, 2026, at the age of 81, Douglas McArthur (Everett, Ontario) passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Douglas McArthur to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest McArthur and Florence McArthur; and his siblings, Harold and Pauline. He is survived by: his sisters, Margaret and Sharon; his children, Keri (Jeremy), Heather (Rick) and Mark (Christina); and his grandchildren, Wesley, Jax, Araya and Eddie. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, and friends.

A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, March 15th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Everett Legion (6190 County Rd 13, Everett, ON L0M1J0).

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Matthew's House Hospice or Community Living Association for South Simcoe.
