With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Elaine (Gullage) Coates of Exeter, Ontario, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 14, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Hezkiah Gullage and Jessie Gullage (Hiscock); and her siblings, Kie, George, Maude, John and Fred.
She is survived by: her husband Ross Coates; her son Ken Fletcher (Marie) of Kitchener; her sisters-in-law, Ruby Gullage of Newfoundland and Audrey Zachar of Exeter; and her close friends, Tim and Val Uniac. She is also survived by her many nieces and nephews.
