With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elizabeth Freihaut of Exeter, Ontario, who passed away on November 21, 2023. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her spouse Johan "John" Freihaut; her daughter Mary Torok; her siblings, Katie (Tony Penz) and Frank (Janice Merli); her parents, Joseph Merli and Teresa Merli (Matiyevic); and her in-laws, Teresa and Franz Sampli.
She is survived by: her son John (Nancy Freihaut); her grandchildren, Sean Freihaut (Jennifer Edwards), Erica Freihaut (Guy Massie) and Stephanie Torok; and her great grandchildren, Emily, Catherine, Lucy and Leo. She is also survived by her nieces, nephews.
