We announce the death of Hendrikus Hendriks of Exeter, Ontario, who passed away on August 27, 2026. Hendrikus will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Alieda Hendriks (Bakker); his children, Hank Hendriks (Adeline) of Zurich, Marianne Keller (Joseph) of Grand Bend and Joe Hendriks (Teresa) of Zurich; and his grandchildren, Marlene, Mary, Kathleen (Randy), Joseph (Natalie), Heather (Nick), Sarah (Gavin), Michael, Kayden, Hudson, Grayson, Evalynn and Lachlan. He was also cherished by his siblings, brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 1st 2026 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM and on Wednesday, September 2nd 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Haskett Funeral Home (456 Main St S, Exeter, ON N0M1S6). A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, September 2nd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Precious Blood Catholic Church (200 Sanders St E, Exeter, ON N0M1S1).
