He was predeceased by: his parents, Allan Kinchen and Joan Kinchen; and his brother Bob Kinchen. He is survived by: his siblings, Diane Kinchen of Hensall, Don Kinchen (Karyn) of Alymer and Leanne Michaelis (Brian) of London; and his nieces and nephews, Becky Rooseboom (Chris), Jessica Vanderhaar (Jeremy), Amanda Wilson (Jeff), Sarah Michaelis (John), Shawn Michaelis (Crysta) and Alex Middel (Tyler).
A funeral service will be held on Sunday, November 8th 2026 at 1:30 PM at the Greenwood Cemetery (190 1st St SW, Owen Sound, ON N4K5S5). Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 8th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Royal Canadian Legion Memorial (1450 2nd Ave W, Owen Sound, ON N4K5P3).
