He was predeceased by: his parents, Cliff Moore and Audrey Moore (Prance); his parents-in-law, Bob and Willa Taylor (Jervis); his brother Ron Moore; and his brother-in-law George Eisenschink.

He is survived by: his wife Carol Moore (Taylor); his children, Tim, Lesley Moore of Exeter, Cindy and Rob Foster of Bryanston; his grandchildren, Ava, Lyla Moore, Taylor, Sarah and Megan Foster; and his siblings, Barbara Eisenschink, Bob (Cathy Moore), Marlene Moore, Barry (Pat Taylor) and Don (Lorraine Taylor). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
