He was predeceased by : his wife Kathleen Lichty (Berdux); his parents, Jacob Lichty and Mary Lichty (Schmidt); and his siblings, Frieda, Irene, Edith, Marie, Carol, Edward, Earl, Jake, Ken and Larry.

He is survived by : his daughter Patricia Heipel (Keith) of Grand Bend; and his siblings, Allan (Shirley Lichty), Wilma Kelterborn, Emmeline (John Roes) and Helen Ariss.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Alzheimer's Society or the South Huron Hospital Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
