She was predeceased by: her husband Gordon Hay; her sons-in-law, Ralph Mathonia and Mike Clarke; her grandsons, James Hay, Dustin Mathonia and Justin Hay; her parents, Herbert Neeb and Ruby Neeb (Munson); her sister-in-law Glen (Margaret); and her in-laws, Charles Hay (Leala), Kay Hay, Vicki McDonald, Doreen Prance (Gordon), Sally Frances (Jack), Eleanor Shoebottom (Jack), Lois Beer and Erla Smale (Eric).
She is survived by: her children, Wendy Rowan, Vicky Ducharme (Gerard), Shirley Hay-Janke (Bill), Billy Hay (Shelly), Kim Clarke, Peggy Mathonia, Bobby Hay (Vicki), Rhonda Hay and Jody Schilbe (Wayne); her grandchildren, Darryl (Cheryl), Dana (Mike), Melissa, Jeremy (Ashley), Chantell (Adam), Jeffrey (Kim), Sara, Brittany (Nate), Candice (Austin), Chelsey (DJ), Joey (Ashleigh), Tim, Alicha, Melanie, Pam (Jamie), Cindy, Michael (Kelly), Rob (Lindsay), Mandy (Chris), Stacey (Matt), Brooke (Jarrett), Taylor (Yugen), Jenny, Jenna (Dustin), Nicole, Nick (Jenna) and Amy; her great grandchildren, Tyler, Cole, Teagan, Carson, Mason, Jesse, Casey, Colton, Lexi, Cali, Alexis, Alaina, Hunter, Xander, Faisal, Aisha, Alex, Katrina, Aria, Charlotte, Josie, Kailey, Landyn, Colyn, Ayden, Maddison, Mackenzie, Jade (Jake), Ashley, Hudson, Olivia, Nash, Cooper, Caiden, Cohen, Bennett, Mai, Kaisley, Graelyn, Holden, Charis, Emily, Callen, Carter, Sawyer, Brett, Audrey and Gavin; her grandchildren, Harper and Brin; and her close friend Carmel Sweeney.
