He is survived by: his wife Clara De Vries; his sons, Dave (Wendy) and Rob (Rhonda); his grandchildren, Samantha (Tyler), Denise (Daenon), Nicole (Daniel), Dallas and Dylan; his great grandchildren, Jace, Daxon, Savannah-Lynn, Bennett, Lainey, Oaklyn and Brinley; and his siblings-in-law, Rita De Vries, Ed Salverda (Mary), John Salverda (Arlene) and Nancy Lubbers (Jack). He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
