He was predeceased by : his parents, James and Etheline; and his brother Gary. He is survived by : his wife Marilyn Harvey; his daughter Lori Allen-Kwapich; his siblings, Jim, Bill, Debbie and Sharon; his grandchildren, Lucas and Kayla Kwapich; his stepchildren, Laura, Ron and Ken (Joanne); and his caregivers, Gail, Brandi, Val, Susan, Carrie and Dr. Unligil.
