He was predeceased by: his brother Raymond (Norma) of Jamaica. He is survived by: his wife Adrienne; his sisters, Fay Martin of Oak Ridge, TN and Kathleen Lewis of Toronto; his son Raymond; his daughter-in-law Deborah of Kinmount; his daughters, Michele Brooks-Reynolds of Georgian Bluffs and Marcia Brooks of Montreal; his grandchildren, Michael (Laura), Kailyn (Chris), Adriana, Richard and Michele Kathleen; his niece Sharon Lewis-Boyd; and his right-hand man Bill Henderson. He is also survived by two Great Grandchildren.

A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Jardine Funeral Home, Cremation & Tribute Centre (8 Princes St W, Fenelon Falls, ON K0M1N0).

David received excellent care at the Haliburton Highlands Health Services and donations can be made to their foundation in his name.
