Though Elaine may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Elaine touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her husband David Smith; her children, Eunice McGouran, Alice Fox and Richard Lindsey; and her grandson Dwayne.
She is survived by: her children, Darlene (Michael Thompson) of Fenelon Falls and Darin Long (Karen) of Mulmur; her son-in-law Frank McGouran; and her grandchildren, George, Samantha, Megan, Melissa, Hayley and Jamie. She is also survived by her numerous great-grandchildren.
