She was predeceased by: her husband James Norman Kerr of Bobcaygeon, Ontario.; her son Wayne; her parents, Bill Johnston and Lourene Johnston of Lindsay, Ontario.; and her siblings, Fred Johnston (Shirley), Jim Johnston (Erna) and Marie Matthews (Jim).

She is survived by: her children, Allen, Jeff, Brian (late Tina) and Christine (Jamie); and her grandchildren, Taylor (Brandon), Kennedi (Rob) and Brianna (Christopher). She is also survived by extended family and many friends.
