He was predeceased by: his daughter Valerie Schell; his parents, George Schell and Dora Schell; Ivy Austin, Olive Stewart, Irene Jones, Christina Challice, Jean Bullock, Wan Kimble, Sharon Schell, Anson Schell and Joan Downer.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Schell; his children, Stephanie Schell Dubeau (Romeo) of Dunsford, Susan Boucher (Regent) of Williamsburg, John Schell (Laura Ostler) of Fenelon Falls, Crystal Schell (Richard Pullam) of Arlington, Tennessee and Joe Schell (Jennifer Williams) of Lindsay; his grandchildren, Miranda, Melinda, Aimee, James of Shane, J. D., Jonathon, Shelby, Sandy, Cameran and Emerson; and his siblings, Elloy McConnell of Fenelon Falls, Forley Wells of Carleton Place, Don Schell of Cambridge, Arling Wall of Bobcaygeon and Inez Perdue of Lindsay.
