“I worked with John at the GM Oshawa Truck Plant in the mid 80s. He was always very clear in his direction. We were on a business trip and we went out for a run together. About 4 blocks from the hotel I suggested "Race you back to the hot- ....". He was gone like a shot. When I caught up to him at the end, he was doubled over laughing. "Damn near killed me but I had to beat you!" . I really enjoyed working with John and will miss him.”
