He was predeceased by: his brother-in-law Ivan; Cheryl. He is survived by: his wife Wendy; his children, Jonathan (Amy), Matthew (Lori) and Julie (Nick); his siblings, Annette (Rene), Oliver (Donna), Nicole (Case) and Clas (Ruth); his stepsiblings, Beverley (Zen) and Richard; Brian (Josefina) and Craig (Slavka). He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, extended family, and dear friends.

A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, November 8th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch #238 (23 Veterans Way, Fenelon Falls, ON K0M1N0).

In lieu of flowers, the family invites donations in Peter's memory to any of the following organizations: Habitat for Humanity Peterborough & Kawartha Lakes (https://habitatpeterborough.ca), Canadian Cancer Society, Peterborough Regional Health Centre (PRHC) Foundation.
