She was predeceased by: her daughter Anita; her daughter-in-law Debbie; and her grandsons, Mark Fokkens and Daniel Huizinga. She is survived by: her husband Simon Pols; and her children, Simon Pols (Rose), Ron Pols (Rose), Heleen Fokkens (Matt), Andrew Pols (Cheryl) and Ken Huizinga (Dana).
