It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bernice Marion Burns (Fergus, Ontario), who passed away on May 26, 2023, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Bernice Marion Burns to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Lorne Mathieson and Isabella Mathieson; her husband Wilbur Lawrence Burns; her sister-in-law Alberta Eleanor Burns; and her foster sister Gladys Zimmerman.

She is survived by : her children, Marion of Guelph and John (Ruth) of Fergus; her grandchildren, Michael of Guelph, Jason (Valerie) of New Liskard, Leanne (Jason) of Georgetown and Paul (Laura) of Elora; and her great grandchildren, Hayleigh, Akaydian, Mia, Jack, Bo and Jude.

Donations in memory of Bernice may be made to Bethel Baptist Church of Fergus.
