He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Ruth; his daughters, Colleen and Charlene; his sons-in-law, Paul and Jeff; his grandchildren, Jordan, Hannah, Ethan, Sam, Clayton, Liam and Eli; his parents, Frank and Viola; and his brothers, Ron and Ken.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 13th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Graham A. Giddy Funeral Home (280 St David St S, Fergus, ON N1M2L5). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A reception was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Johnson-Eramosa Union Cemetery (8149 Side Rd 20, Guelph/Eramosa, ON N0B2K0).
