He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Doyle. He is survived by: his wife Judy; his children, Nick Doyle, Kate Doyle, Sara Cherney and Katie Cherney (Taylor Stevenson); his grandchildren, Riley, Norah, Claire, Kiaan, Levi and Marley; his father Don Doyle; his siblings, Cathy Tremaine (Mike), Sue Miller (Frank Rider), Tom Doyle (Peggy), Linda Trilesky and Ken Trilesky; and his sister-in-law Lynmarie Parker. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
