He was predeceased by : his mother Ethel Nicholson; and his brother David Nicholson of London, England.. He is survived by : his wife Linda Nicholson; his son Luke Nicholson; his sister-in-law Marilyn Nicholson; and his friend Hans-Georg Gadamer.
