He is survived by: his wife Christina; and his children, Erica, Henry, Marsha, Karen, Lynn, John, Julia and James. He is also survived by 26 grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, August 29th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Fergus North Canadian Reformed Church (6534 First Line, Fergus, ON N1M2W4). A funeral service was held on Saturday, August 30th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A reception was held on Saturday, August 30th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations made to Anchor Christian Homes would be warmly appreciated by Jacob's family.
