He was loved and cherished by many people including : his wife Doris; his sons, Adam, David and Sam; his parents, Albert DeWitt and Baukje DeWitt; his siblings, David (Franziska), Lloyd (Christine) and Joyce (Larry); his nieces and nephews, Ida, Edgar, Seth, Madeleine, Sanne, Brittany, Megan, Justin (Nichole) and Maria; his parents-in-law, Robert and Patricia Newhouse; his siblings-in-law, Robert Jr. and Newhouse; his son Philip John DeWitt; and his mother-in-law Phylis Marie Sacco-Smith.
Due to Covid-19 there will be a limited funeral service for family and close friends only.
