Kaden Hammond Obituary
We announce the death of Kaden Hammond (Fergus, Ontario), who passed away on September 27, 2026, at the age of 15. Kaden’s absence will be deeply felt by those who valued his companionship.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his siblings, Kai and Finna; his parents, Angela and Michael; and his close friend Jade.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Elora Centre (75 Melville St, Elora, ON N0B1S0).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Kaden's memory to CW Pride or Art Not Shame, two organizations that reflect things that were important to Kaden—supporting 2SLGBTQIA+ youth, building community, fostering good mental health and creating spaces where young people can feel seen, accepted, and supported.
