He was predeceased by: his wife Jean Logel; his son Ron Heffren (Sandra); his parents, John Logel and Edna Logel (Baechler); and his siblings, Alfred, Clarence, Harold Logel, Audrey King, Dorothy Steffler, Helen Lauzon and Mary Schlosser.
He is survived by: his children, Ann Woods (Malcolm), Jean Smith, Ruth Spitzer (Steve) and Joe Logel (Sara); and his sisters, Bernice Kienapple and Joan Hauck. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.
