Maria Klein Obituary
We are sad to announce that on March 8, 2025, at the age of 93, Maria Klein (Fergus, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Jack Klein; and her grandson Jerry. She is survived by: her children, Frances, Annie, Perry Soenen, Margaret, Henry Vervoort, Rob and Patti Klein; her grandchildren, Kevin, Jason, Kris, Shawn, Jenny, Trudy, Adam, Tyler, Denise and Natalie; her great grandchildren, Rhiannon, Kyla, Samantha, Alexandra, Emma, Leanne, Jacob, Charlotte, Kolby, Brielle, Karson and Asher; and her great great grandchild Amalthea. She is also survived by many relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 13th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Graham A. Giddy Funeral Home (280 St David St S, Fergus, ON N1M2L5). A Mass was held on Friday, March 14th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Mary Immaculate Parish (267 Geddes St, Elora, ON N0B1S0). A reception was held on Friday, March 14th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Graham A. Giddy Funeral Home (280 St David St S, Fergus, ON N1M2L5).
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Mary may be made to St. Mary Immaculate, or to the Groves Memorial Hospital Foundation and are greatly appreciated by her family.
