It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ross Vance (Fergus, Ontario), who passed away on September 3, 2021, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by : his wife Doris; his parents, Arthur Vance and Alicia Vance; his parents-in-law, Andrew and Jessie Murray; and his siblings-in-law, Norman Murray, Earle Beer and Pat Murray.

He is survived by : his children, Alicia (Eoghan Salee) and Stephen (Claire McCusker); his grandchildren, Ross, Findlay, Olivia and Tess; his close friend Ans Bader; his sisters, Marilyn McKee (Glen), Sharon Schmidt (Ron), Edith Beer, Linda Vance, Bonnie Campbell (Don), Brenda Moore, Alice Murray (Nick) and Sandra Dunlop (Kevin); and his siblings-in-law, Ruth, Ron Beaudin, Don, Karen Murray, Barbara Murray and Jim Murray. He is also survived by his many nieces & nephews.

A Celebration of Life will be held at The Graham A. Giddy Funeral Home, 280 St. David St. South, Fergus on Sunday, September 12, 2021 at 1:00 p. m. All visitors must RSVP, wear a mask and practice social distancing.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Groves Memorial Hospital or The Canadian Cancer Society.
